How this website handles information

Information you choose to provide

INSIE collects information submitted through the service-update signup and employment application. Career applications include contact information, work information, your written responses, and the résumé you upload. The public meeting link is operated by Microsoft Bookings and is subject to Microsoft’s privacy practices.

How we use it

We use signup information to manage general agency announcements and use employment information to evaluate and contact applicants. We do not sell personal information.

Sensitive participant information

Do not submit diagnoses, Medicaid information, Social Security numbers, ISP or SIS records, or completed intake packets through the careers form, update signup, Microsoft Bookings notes, or ordinary email. Contact INSIE for secure intake-submission instructions.

Storage and access

Career application data and résumés are stored in access-controlled systems and are available only to authorized INSIE administrators. We retain records only as reasonably needed for business, compliance, and hiring purposes.

You may ask to leave the service-update list or request help with information you submitted by contacting info@itsnotsomethingitseverything.org or 770-744-2699.
